OVERVIEW:
These are the official rules (“Official Rules”) of the Contest. No purchase is necessary to enter the Contest. Wolf’s Motor Car Company, LLC DBA Cars for 15K is the (“Sponsor”). The Sponsor is an automotive dealership located at N5908 Willow Road, Plymouth, Wisconsin, 53073. The Contest begins on August 1, 2025, and ends the sooner of 150 Participants or September 30, 2025 (“Contest Period”). The Prize is $15,000.00 in United States Dollars. A Winner will be randomly selected from all Participants on October 8, 2025. An entry form (“Entry Form”) will be provided to enter the Contest. A vehicle purchase from the Sponsor counts toward ten (10) entries. Participants who do not purchase a vehicle may complete an Entry Form that counts toward one (1) entry. To obtain an Entry Form without a vehicle purchase, please visit the Cars For 15K dealership location. Limit one (1) Entry Form per non-purchasing vehicle Participant. Participant is a person purchasing a vehicle and a person not purchasing a vehicle. Void where prohibited by law and outside the United States. Subject to all federal, state and local laws, regulations, and ordinances. Prize does not exceed $15,000.00. The term “you”, “your”, or “persons(s)” includes the term Participant.
ELIGIBILITY:
The “CarsFor15K $15,000 Giveaway” (the “Contest”) is only open to legal U.S. residents who are at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license.
SPONSOR:
Sponsor, its parent entities, affiliates, subsidiaries, and each of their employees, officers, and directors and immediate family members are not eligible to enter or win. Participation constitutes Participant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to Sponsor’s decisions, which is final and binding in all matters related to the Contest and which Sponsor may decide in its sole discretion at any time before, during or after the Contest. Winning the Prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein and as may further by required by Sponsor.
HOW TO ENTER:
After purchasing a vehicle at Cars For 15K, located at N5908 Willow Road, Plymouth, Wisconsin 53073, or if not purchasing a vehicle, persons will be directed to register via an Entry Form. The Entry Form will include, but not be limited to, name, valid address, phone and email, dealership location and the date. Upon completion and submission of the Entry Form, you automatically will be entered with ten (10) entries into the Contest if you purchased a vehicle or one (1) entry into the Contest if you did not purchase a vehicle. By entering this Contest, you signify and agree that your entry and any other materials submitted in connection with this Contest may be posted on Sponsor’s website and/or other social media sites or applications associated with the Contest in a manner that is consistent with these Official Rules. Upon submission of entry in this Contest, you agree that Sponsor may contact you via email, phone or text. Normal Internet access, phone, and usage charges imposed by your online service or phone service may apply. You must provide all required information to be eligible to enter and win. The Winner is subject to verification before any Prize is awarded. Any attempt by a Participant to manipulate the entry process, tamper with the Contest, or improve their chances of winning through collusion, conspiracy, or any other unfair practices will result in disqualification from the current Contest and may result in exclusion from future promotions or contests, at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. If a Participant purchases a vehicle from Cars For 15K to gain entry into the Contest and then returns that vehicle within 7 days in conflict with the Van Horn Return & Exchange Policy, that Participant will forfeit his/her entry and, if applicable, will return any Prize resulting from the Contest. If a Participant purchases a vehicle from Cars For 15K and then returns that vehicle within 7 days that is not in conflict with the Van Horn Return & Exchange Policy, that Participant’s entries will then be reduced from ten (10) entries to one (1) entry as that Participant will then be deemed a non-purchasing vehicle Participant.
Sponsor reserves the right to host a live drawing of the Contest Winner, and you also agree that, in the event you are a Winner, that your name and where you live could be announced during the live drawing. Entries must only be submitted by a Participant in the presence of a Van Horn employee. No copies, facsimiles, or mechanical reproductions of the Entry Form will be accepted.
SELECTION OF WINNERS:
Sponsor will select the name of the winner (“Winner”) of the $15,000 Prize in a random drawing from among all entries received at Sponsor’s dealership location. The Drawing Date (“Drawing Date”) for the selection of the Winner will occur on October 8, 2025. The odds of winning are one (1) out of as many physical entries received. The Winner will be notified by email, text or phone, within two (2) business days of the Drawing Date. THE WINNER IS SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY THE SPONSOR, WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE CONTEST. A PARTICIPANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE UNLESS AND UNTIL PARTICIPANT’S ELIGIBILITY HAS BEEN VERIFIED BY SPONSOR AND PARTICIPANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE.
PRIZE AND PRIZE RESTRICTIONS:
There will be one (1) prize awarded. The prize (“Prize”) is $15,000.00 in United States Dollars and will be presented in the form of a check. Verified Retail Value of Prize is $15,000.00. The Winner shall be solely responsible for all taxes on the Prize, including any local, state or federal income tax or prize tax. Prize does not include any transportation to and from the dealership location. Only the one Prize stated in these Official Rules is available to be won in the Contest. Other terms, restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply in the sole discretion of Sponsor.
GENERAL CONDITIONS:
Participation constitutes Participant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest. Sponsor and its agencies are not responsible for lost, late, or incomplete entries, technical failures or other errors or malfunctions of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, or any mistakes in the announcement of the Prize or mistakes in any Contest-related materials or otherwise.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Contest, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest, as determined solely by Sponsor. If, for any reason, the Contest cannot be run as planned, Sponsor may disqualify any suspect entries and (a) suspend the Contest and modify the Contest to address the impairment, then resume the Contest in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; and/or (b) terminate the Contest and award the Prize at random from among the eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of the impairment.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND RELEASES; PUBLICITY:
BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS CONTEST, PARTICIPANT AGREES THAT SPONSOR, ITS PARENT ENTITIES, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, THEIR REPRESENTATIVES, CONSULTANTS, CONTRACTORS, LEGAL COUNSEL, ADVERTISING, PUBLIC RELATIONS, PROMOTIONAL, FULFILLMENT AND MARKETING, WEBSITE PROVIDERS, WEB MASTERS, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES, AND AGENTS (THE “RELEASED PARTIES”) WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR, AND SHALL BE HELD HARMLESS BY PARTICIPANTS AGAINST, ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURIES, WHETHER IN CONTRACT OR TORT, LOSSES OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND TO PERSONS, INCLUDING PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH, OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, MISUSE, OR USE OF THE PRIZE, ENTRY, OR PARTICIPATION IN THIS CONTEST OR IN ANY CONTEST-RELATED ACTIVITY, OR ANY CLAIMS BASED ON PUBLICITY RIGHTS, DEFAMATION OR INVASION OF PRIVACY, OR MERCHANDISE OR PRIZE DELIVERY. THE RELEASED PARTIES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IF THIS CONTEST CANNOT BE ADMINISTERED OR CONDUCTED OR ANY PRIZE CANNOT BE AWARDED DUE TO CANCELLATIONS, DELAYS, OR INTERRUPTIONS RESULTING OR ARISING FROM ACTS OF GOD, WAR, OR TERRORISM, CIVIL UNREST, STRIKES, SUPPLY SHORTAGES, NATURAL DISASTERS, WEATHER, EPIDEMICS, PANDEMICS, COMPLIANCE WITH ANY LAW OR ORDER OF A GOVERNMENTAL AUTHORITY, OR ANY OTHER SIMILAR ACT, EVENT, OR OCCURANCE BEYOND THE REASONABLE CONTROL OF THE SPONSOR. BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS CONTEST, PARTICIPANT AGREES THAT THE RELEASED PARTIES WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY INJURIES, DAMAGES, OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES TO PERSONS, INCLUDING DEATH, OR TO PROPERTY ARISING OUT OF PARTICIPATING IN THIS CONTEST, RELATING TO THE ACCESS TO AND USE OF ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS CONTEST OR THE DOWNLOADING FROM AND/OR PRINTING OF MATERIAL DOWNLOADED FROM SUCH SITE.
WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, EVERYTHING REGARDING THIS CONTEST, AND THE PRIZE, ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY. CHECK LOCAL LAWS FOR ANY RESTRICTIONS OR LIMITATIONS REGARDING THESE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS. RELEASED PARTIES (A) MAKE NO WARRANTY, GUARANTY OR REPRESENTATION OF ANY KIND CONCERNING THE PRIZE (OR ANY PORTION THEREOF), AND (B) DISCLAIM ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY. EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST BY PARTICIPANT CONSTITUTES PARTICIPANT’S GRANT TO SPONSOR AND THE RELEASED PARTIES THE RIGHT AND PERMISSION TO USE, PRINT, PUBLISH, BROADCAST, AND USE IN ANY MEDIA NOW KNOWN OR HEREAFTER DEVELOPED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WORLD WIDE WEB, AT ANY TIME OR TIMES, THE PARTICIPANT’S ENTRY, NAME, PORTRAIT, PICTURE, VOICE, LIKENESS, OPINIONS AND BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO HOMETOWN AND STATE) FOR ADVERTISING, TRADE, AND PROMOTIONAL PURPOSES (INCLUDING THE ANNOUNCEMENT OF HIS OR HER NAME ON TELEVISION, RADIO BROADCAST OR ANY OTHER FORM OF MEDIA) WITHOUT ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATION, COMPENSATION, PERMISSION, OR NOTIFICATION.
DISPUTES:
This Contest is governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Except where prohibited, Participant agrees that: (1) all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the State of Wisconsin court system, (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Contest and shall not exceed fifty US Dollars (US$50.00), but in no event shall any award include attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will Participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Participant hereby waives all rights to claim, direct, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. Sponsor has the sole right to interpret the Official Rules. Any disputes that may arise or any issues or questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the Participant and Sponsor in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Wisconsin or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Wisconsin. Any venue shall be in the state courts located in Sheboygan County, Sheboygan, Wisconsin.
PRIVACY:
Other than as stated herein, information collected from Participants is subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, which can be found at www.carsfor15k.com. Sponsor may use Participant’s personal information submitted with entry for purposes of Prize fulfillment and/or for future marketing by Sponsor, such as to notify them of products or promotions that Sponsor thinks may be of interest to Participants.
